To anyone traveling to Israel on this thread- please get your information from a reputable source.
No such thing as a 3 day quarantine and if people entered Israel and went straight to Meron the only way to do this (legally) is if they were vaccinated in Israel with proof. Otherwise it’s fake news. Or blatant disregard for the law and safety of this country.
And there were American bochers that landed at Ben gurion without permission who were interrogated and then deported straight back.

AFAIK, every non-citizen -- vaccinated, recovered, etc. -- needs to go into quarantine until they get their negative results from the PCR test they took upon landing plus the serological test they took a few days afterwards.
There is an exception for those attending funerals, but they can only be here for 24 hours and have an escort at all times who makes sure they do not come in contact with anyone.
If you are telling us that people violated these rules and went to a potential super-spreader event, then that is indeed worrisome.

Uh, I was explaining that there is no requirement to wear masks, and that there were therefore no violations of the rules there, that the people were doing something perfectly acceptable (even if not brilliant)?
Amother rose decided to make it about whether masks are a good idea.
