I don’t live there and don’t know anything about there, but they were supposed to have the Copa America here in Argentina, but they say they’re too many cases, so it’s going to be in Brazil. And everything here is open, more or less. My son said they have more that are vaccinated and more open.

Everything is open with restrictions.
But they are saying that in a few weeks they will have another lock down in s.paulo. Rio probably wont have..
