I’m iyH having enough people for each meal that I need to make different dishes for each. Meaning I can’t make one brisket and divide it between meals or anything like that. We are out the last meal. The problem is that I don’t like cooking fresh on YT because I have little kids around, and I try to cook not so last minute. I know I will end up with leftovers. But if I cook Wednesday night, the stuff won’t last past Sunday. Help. I hate throwing food out!! Money and baal tashchis
