I'm 57 and was also wondering if it's too late to start to go for a degree. It is inspiring. Can you specify in what you majored, and how easily you found employment.

Go for it .
I’m a college professor that occasionally has a student or two that is older than me by at least ten years…
Those are the students that have a lot of wisdom to add to the general discussions etc ..
Their life experiences are invaluable and I myself learn a lot from them …
