Posting here even though I know it might be a longshot
Has any one of you heard of caliretail.com?
It's based in the UK
Before I ordered from them I googled if its legit and it seemed to be.
I ordered a doona from there for really cheap and and a week later it still says processing. I did not receive a confirmation email and the email I sent them went unanswered
Anyone know anything about this place?

According to scam advisor the site may not be safe to use. In future, you should always search for online reviews before dealing with an unfamiliar company. I'm sorry you've been scammed

You can try and claim back the money from your cc provider or bank if you paid by debit card
