Is this only if you are expecting the first? Does anyone know if it includes those with a few months old first to allow enrollment for some more months?

The screening page posted above says you have to be 23 weeks pregnant or less with your first child. So doesn't sound like those whose children have already been born are eligible.

Shoots I’m not eligible:
A. I’m Jewish and live in a Jewish area
B. I make 70k a year which puts me on the rich threshold 🙄

No BH but I do know that we are treated as filthy rich with no benefits at all while people who make just 10k less are being showered with gifts....

This isn't a gov't program, and you make 35% more then the criteria.
If you don't feel like you need to be lifted from poverty - I'm not sure why you are complaining.

I suspect the timing is that they want to be able to deliver the first check when the baby is born - and they need lead time.
