DC age 2 wakes up average 20 times a night. And needs to be coddled back to sleep either with a bottle or laying near them etc. I feel this happens because it became a routine. How do I stop this.

Switch to a sippy cup- they drink less
Put a chair at the entrance and tell him/her that you are sitting there only. Once you aren’t laying next to him he’ll start waking up less

I'm struggling with my almost two year old.
Waking up and climbs out of crib several times a night.
Often prefers to sleep on floor and DH has to lie down with him until he falls asleep.
Was up last night from 11 PM until 3 PM was no way to get him back to sleep.
And I'm still nursing him because he's always desperate for it. Which doesn't help night matters.
So no advice, but sincere hugs from me.
