Im looking for a twin buggy (one toddler and one baby) which has independant and reversible seats. Not bugaboo. The only ones I have found are USA based...anyone in the UK??

No, only option would be babyjogger or mountain duo with bassinet. Obviously then the seats are not reversible. Only fully customisable is the bugaboo which is great. Check Facebook market place for used ones if it is the pricing putting you off

But you can have a bassinet in one and a regular other
And as a double its only a bit wider than regular strollers

Side by side? Aside from the bugaboo donkey, I don't think such a stroller exists. If you would do in-line, there's the city select. There's also the obaby zoom. Both of those allow for every combination.
Is it just you want to be able to see your baby? Then most double strollers can fit a bassinet and you will then have baby facing you.

There is the My Child double buggy- I think it can be purchased from Argos. Very popular where I live. Or there is the Baby Jogger City Tour twin- a narrower buggy and you can put a bassinet. There are also a few different Mountain Buggy twin strollers but they are usually wide and heavy. I think they came out with a narrower version recently.
