For what it's worth - 4 quart containers typically hold 5 pounds of flour so look for containers that are at least 8 quarts. Most containers have their specifications in quarts rather than weight since quart is a size and different things have different weights even if they are the same "size"

I agree with this.
It is much easier to fill a smaller container and use that one as the one to bring to the counter.
Then put the rest of the flour in a large container which would be heavy and just refill the smaller container.
