Any ideas how to do it?

Get some butcher paper and use it as a runner or table cloth or to line serving dishes/baskets:

Get or print out some of these and use as place mats:

If you google butcher decor lots of sign and posters will come up, print some and hang them up if you have the wall space.
Use butcher blocks or wooden cutting boards as the base for your centrepieces. You could also get wooden crates, line them with butcher paper and fill them with meat shaped pet toys that look pretty realistic - the come in the form of steaks, sausages etc. You could incorporate a block of knives into this arrangement and sprinkle sawdust around it like an old fashioned butcher store.
Get some striped butcher aprons and and have them folded in pikes on the tables.

The aprons could be a souvenir. I don't know much trouble and expense you are willing to go to but you could get them embroidered or monogrammed with the couple's name and date of Sheva brachos.
