Please help me. My 11 month old baby started waking up at 5:00am. He is absolutely not rested by then and just cries. I go to him to put him back to sleep and he bh falls asleep. But then he wakes up 15 minutes later again... this crazy schedule goes on till 7/8 o'clock when he is rested already.
What can I do to change this...???

What time do you put him to sleep?
Maybe make bedtime a bit later.
Also, if you leave his bottle and soft toys in the crib, he can entertain himself until morning.

The problem is that he wakes up but he's not rested yet so he cries...
Putting him to sleep later is not an option because he's so tired and literally begging for a bed.

Maybe give him a short nap a bit later in the afternoon, and then put him in later at night.

Does he wake with a very wet diaper?
Is he sleeping on his stomach with hands under him and bottom in the air?
Is he sleeping in the corner of his crib?
All these are signs that he may be cold especially now that the weather is changing you may not realize if your heat is lowered or off he may not be used to the Change in temp

That makes sense... so why is he only waking up at 5 and not before?
