Hi, I full disclosure I own the UppaBaby. Yes, it is fine for light jogging. Even though it does not have air tires, the tires are designed for some rough use and it has a very smooth ride, and is easy to push. I write this from experience, as I have run with my stroller, and taken it on gravel and dirt paths.

The citimini is a wonderful stroller (I am looking to purchase one for the car), but does not look sturdy enough for jogging.

Bugaboo, also not for jogging - smaller wheels than the Uppa and can't handle rough terrain.

When you reach the running level, I would as others mention here, consider purchasing a jogging stroller.

Seriously, try Craigslist or a consignment store. You will most likely be able to find a jogger or all-terrain stroller for less than $100.

For example, if you live in the NY area,

I have the uppababy and love it!
however, for jogging, you might want to get the citymini because it is a 'jogger' stroller, meaning it has a single front wheel.
