Which is correct or are they all correct?

She's in the dining room playing.
She's in the dining room, playing.
She's playing in the dining room.

The second one is definitely wrong, the third is the best choice and the first one while okay technically isn't the best way to get your point across. However, it would depend on the rest of the paragraph, and what followed.

My 9 year old ds's english teacher told him the only way to say it is the last one. While I know that's really the way to say it, I can't figure out if the first way is correct because she said it's absolutely incorrect, but their teachers don't always really know the right way. They learn british english, if that makes any difference.

The second is correct as spoken slang.
