Veal stew

1 lb pkge veal stew
2-3 carrots, peeled and chunked
onion, cut up
4-6 potatoes, peeled and cut up
3 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup wine
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a pan and sautee your onions; when almost done add the meat and brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook about 45 minutes or until done.
