Does anyone know what I can use instead of ground almonds/ground nuts when baking? Matzo meal? Cake meal?

That is a very generalized question. What are you trying to make that requires nuts? Of course, you can always just not use the nuts. And no, you can't just substitue matza meal for nuts, in a recipe. Choose recipes that use matza meal, not nuts, as the base.
