Leslie sansone walk at home are very easy if you are out of shape but they get boring fast if you don't need something that beginner.
If you want to do step you can buy a step and do Jim miller simply step or start with everyone steps where she teaches you the steps. If you don't want to buy a step you can start out by making an imaginary step out of masking tape on the floor and do it on the floor then buy a step when you are ready.
Hazlocha. For the record I do not recommend the New jewish "tznius" exercise cd as it does not have directions and I could not follow it and I am not a beginner.
