I don't know but if it's that you are not drinking your usual amount of coffee, drinking some would solve it.

I think uncoated tablets that you just swallow whole are all fine. Coated/gel tabs possibly not, check with your favorite guide (Blumenkranz, OU, or such.) I don't know about for Pesach but for general kashrus concerns during the year my DH said you can rinse the coating off of a coated tablet.
