I find half the problem of preparing daily suppers is thinking of what to prepare. But once I follow a menu it's so much easier! We all need to prepare supper today, so what's your menu???

There are many, many threads on this topic, so you can get a lot of ideas especially if you click on the imamother cookbook on the side of the page.
Anyway, to make it simpler for me, I learned from my mother, every week make the same thing. Not exactly, but Monday pasta, Tuesday chicken, Wednesday meat, Thursday parve. That's mine.

Like yo'ma, I make a basic plan.
An example of this can be
Sunday chicken cutlets
Monday ground meat
Tuesday dairy pasta
Wednesday fish
Thursday sandwiches
Then come up with 4 versions of each category and change them up.

I also find that planning is half the job. I have a system that works amazing. I have a supper calendar. I fill out five weeks of exact menus in advance. On tuesdays I check the menu and make my grocery list based on the menu. Everything is planned and organized and it makes my life so much easier.
