I'm the one who guessed. I have no association with that mosed or chassidus. I have heard things here and there... and so I suspected. I don't know whom you are talking about as I don't even live there. But you know, this should show you that you're definitely not the only one if I was able to "shmeck" it out ...

I don't know what law you are talking about. I know several molesters/rapers roaming the streets. They go to jail for 48 hours and are let out free. There are a few protests and they are good to go.

If you have any problems with people who touch others then please go to JCW or Nochum Rosenberg. Legally you can not expose a person's name because they can sue (America the beautiful) you, for badmouthing their name!
People have gotten stricter with it, people do tell authorities about it today's days. The abuse happens all over not only in NY, NJ. And in ALL sects of Judaism and a lot of people do turn to authority.
I wish all molesters and rapers a refuah shilaima.
We should all be safe and never have that nisayon.

Because the parents are a bunch of cowards. Not only do they know and not report it, they actually send their children to these people every single day for years and years, knowing exactly what happens in that classroom.

This is one of the many ugly sides of the need for extreme conformity in the Chassidish world.

Wow. Turquoise. Good for u for saying all that u said in a public forum. I'm so sorry that you went through all that you went through and I wish you loads of hatzlocha in overcoming all the pain. It's awful. Unfortunately I know too well.
