Is the consult for the child who isn't feeling well?
Is it at all feasible to do it remotely (which may not be a perfect solution but can help you get a foot in the door for the in person follow up appointment)?

When I posted it was a sibling, now it seems that the kid needing the consult is coming down with something too 
We already did a remote visit and they need to do in person now...

Can you be more specific about what your concern is? Is it childcare for the sibling while you travel? Is it taking a sick kid to an appointment/covid precautions? What is it?
