Can someone please tell me about the communities there?
What kind of schools?
Where are the schools on the "going to college" spectrum? From "we actively prepare" to "maybe go to TTI?"
Where is it on the MO-yeshivish spectrum?
Cost of housing for a 3-4 bedroom? What zipcode/area to look at on zillow?
Thanks!

Phoenix is the largest community in the state. Scottsdale also has a semi-separate community, sharing many institutions and amenities with Phoenix. That's it for the whole state, other than some small Chabads scattered around with no established schools, etc.

I've been living in Phoenix for 3 years now and love it. It is such a beautiful place!
Schools:
There are 3 Elementary schools in Phoenix.
Phoenix Hebrew Academy- a typical out of town school. Coed until 6th grade then separated for Kodesh for 6-8 grades.
A very nice school, staff are really friendly. I believe the most academic from all the schools.
It's the original school
Torah Day School - the litvish school.
Separate classes from k-8.
Its grown alot, I believe its only opened for 10 years
Cheder Lubavitch
Chabad school for shluchim around Arizona and other chabad families from Phoenix
High schools
Shearim Torah high school for girls
I believe does encourage college. Some of their classes give you credits.
Yeshiva high school for boys
Bais chana- chabad
It's in its 2nd year.
Houses have gone up alot lately
Zip codes would be 85020 or 85014.
If you look at the main streets on the map
From Glendale Ave to Maryland Ave from 7-14th st is where most of the community lives.

Correct, but it's very small and I believe exclusively chassidish and Yiddish speaking. An OP who is asking about a school's attitude toward college and where they fit on the MO-yeshivish religious spectrum would never consider or feel comfortable in such an extreme environment.
