An exterminator can follow them to their source. Usually they don’t want to come until the school buses on the block are done with pick ups. They don’t want angry bees and kids around.

What's a lot of bees? I've got lots of bees and no hive. Which is a good thing. They're here for my flowers. Because there is no hive, they aren't acting territorial and stinging us.

Can anyone recommend an exterminator who works in Brooklyn, who can easily locate the source of the bees?

Don't call an exterminator for bees! They will kill the whole colony!! Call a local beekeeper - they may be able to save the hive and take it away with all the bees.

It also depends if it’s actually bees. Lots of people think yellow jackets are bees. They are very much not.

In Brooklyn most of the "bees " are actually wasps. The wasps bite. They're attacted to proteins. Bees make honeycombs which we don't have here.

It could be carpenter bees. They make holes in the wood on your siding.

Its a totally brick house.

I just want tenant not to have to deal with the bees, without me spending too much.

Call a beekeeper first and they can determine whether it is honey bees and whether they can move the hive.

If it isn't then call an exterminator,
