Im looking for recommendations for a decent endocrinologist (doesn't have to be top, top).
Takes AmeriGroup
For an 18 year old girl.

Within 45 minutes of Lakewood preferably

When I was looking recently biker cholim recommended the drs at rwj ( could be it’s like a clinic but they said the drs are good) it’s hard to find with this insurance .

Look up endocrinology Robert wood Johnson and you should get the number

I waited a month or so but they do have cancellations

Dr. Sarah Lubitz takes many insurances but it's hard to get an appointment. She might be part of RWJ. It's not worth going to someone who isn't good because they can really mess you up and the local ones are not good.

Google says a Dr Heather Applebaum is a pediatric ob/gyn.
Is that who you're talking about?
Is she also an endocrinologist re hormones and stuff.
Did you go to her? Were appointments available?

Yep dr heather applebaum. I thought she’s endo. My daughter is 15 and didn’t get her period yet and this is who dr shaniks office recommended. I have an appointment next week and I’ll let u know

Dr. Frank Barrows, 732- 935-7143.
He is excellent but he is a Pediatric Endo, he sees my 10 yr old. not sure if he will take an 18 yr old, give it a try.
