1 brownie mix
1 15.5 oz can black beans (with the juice)

Dump the entire can of beans into the food processor. Process till completely smooth.
Add to contents of brownie mix. Put into a greased pan and follow rest of directions for baking on package.

I've made them - they're very good!

It cuts out oil and eggs, and adds the fiber of the beans, so yes, it's much healthier.

Ooh I didn't catch you don't put the rest of the ingreidents for the brownie mix. Sounds really cool though I'd be scared to try it.

Food section of the newspaper.
It looked strange, but I'm always up for trying out new things. If it's gross, who cares?

If I made it and didn't tell anybody what was in it, afterwards everybody would be wondering why it's a little stinkier in the house. Wink LOL
We don't too well with beans, but sounds like a cool idea.

I tried it. It was pretty good. I think if you know what is in it you taste it. Otherwise, I think everyone else will have no clue.

I found this link to a black bean brownie from scratch.

There are a whole bunch of bean recipes listed in the comments (like bean chocolate cake)
