Hi, I’m not sure how it happened but my family’s small seudah has exploded in size! We are expecting around 40 people Iyh. This will be mostly secular Jewish friends/family/acquaintances, about half of whom are kids under 10. This isn’t a Kiruv event, but I want it to be a fun, happy, low-pressure environment to build Jewish memories. Anyway, I need help with:

1. Menu (kid friendly, easy to prepare ahead, no kugels)
2. Quantities (how much of each)
3. Activities (I’ve hired some teenagers as counselors, need some ideas for indoors and outdoors).

Thank you!!

I would set up activities in a different room, different tables with activities such as jewellery making (think dressing up), decorate your own purim themed puppet, decorate your own mask, picture booth where they can dress up and have their picture taken, decorate hamantashen or biscuits, 'build a palace' with lego or other building type toys.
