I pay between 15-18 NIS per hour for 2 kids.

My son is almost 11 and babysits and gets 15NIS an hour in my neighborhood. Anything under that is slave labor. It's a big responsibily to look after other peoples children. When I have done it I take 20NIS and hour.

I pay my babysitters 20 shekel an hour and was told that the going rate was 19-20 shekel an hour
