we are making a sheva brocha for a family and we dont have any ideas for themes..anyone have a good idea?

a chineese thyme
wan ton soup-chicken soup cooked with leek and chineese lettuce-each pers gets clear bowl of soup and add to their bowl scallions.
chineese chicken with with chineese rice
dessert- chineese cookies with forchan inside plus what ever u want

why do you need a theme?
why not just a collection of yammi dishes?
Main, a few side, desert.........
