There is a segulah to say shir hashirim (or perek shira) for 40 days straight (every day) as a segulah for a shidduch (or refuah shelaima or a baby).
There are some people (like me) who can't say it every day so I am part of a group that every week we get a name and we all say it on Friday night. I think its about 40 ladies so basically it is said 40 times on friday night (a time when many people actually say it). Quite a few of the girls/boys we have done it in zechus of have gotten engaged.
I don't know where the source comes from for this segulah but I do know it has worked for many people.

Are you still doing this? If so perhaps I could join as a segula for my sister
