My dd is getting married in a couple of weeks, and I will be making shabbos sheva brachos. We own a business that employs alot of frum workers most of whom are like family. Being that most of the workers will not be within walking distance(no eiruv), do I have to make a sheva brachos just so that they are invited to it

Do you have to? No, but it will likely make your employees feel like they matter to you if you do include them.

Why isn't inviting them to a wedding enough? My boss never invited us to the Sheva Brochos.

thats what I was thinking!! If I wouldnt be making Shabbos Sheva Brachos, then I wouldnt have a problem inviting them. But to make a whole other sheva brachos, just so I can invite them? thats a minimum of $2k. The reason I asked is one of my outspoken workers asked when we are making sheva brachos for them to join.

I would just answer that all the days are taken.
I don't think you need to make a special Sheva Brachos just so that they can attend one.
