Looks like every recipe includes heavy cream! Anybody have good healthier recipes aside from fish?

Sure.
Fritatta or Tortilla difference is with or without cheese.
Tacos, Buritos or taco bowls with lentils or beans for protein and as much or little cheese as you like.
Eggplant parm without breading.
Baked falafel I serve it as salad with techina based dressing.
Sweet and sour eggplant over quinoa
Curried chickpeas or lentils or both
I make mac and cheese with just 1% milk and shredded cheese. Its probably medium on the healthy scale.

Google no noodle vegetable lasagna, and Google spaghetti squash pasta recipes. (Use lowfat cheese in any recipes you find).
Google crustless spinach quiche- I just made a delicious one from allrecipes (I added mushrooms).
You can make tofu also. Stir fry in teriyaki sauce together with veggies.
