Going to in-laws, and they would be mortally offended if we were to bring food. They also gifted us a very generous amount of money this month into our account ahead of Pesach. They are not wealthy, just standard old-style Sephardi Israelis. We have a lot to be grateful for. (I did buy them a nice gift).

My parents will offer to buy/cook something (frum).
We offer my parents when we have gone to them and usually they remember something that they forgot and want us to get.
My in laws (not frum) when we host them will usually help out in some way- watch kids while we turn over as thry arent "making Pesach" (and so the kids can eat chometz!), buy something for us etc.
We have no expectations.
