I feel bad for you! Not easy... I wonder if you’d give it a chance a bit longer you’d be happier. Saying it as someone who has kids in a school which is not the best fit for my family but it ended up working out nicely.
Again, if it’s easy for you to get accepted elsewhere you may as well...

How can you tell so quickly that it's not the right fit?
I would be afraid to pull a kid out of school without a place for them unless you feel it is so bad that you are ok having them home.
