The Seasons ad has something called Miracle Roast-some sort of oven ready meat. Anybody who know what cut of meat this is? Is it lean? How do you cook it? Thank you.

It is pre-seasoned. Not sure if the cut. Cook as per directions on the back of the package. If you like the flavor, it is excellent.

But I thought this method was only for bone in roasts

What other meats can I do this method with? I've done silvertip successfully and would like to try something else.
