My girls are in Bais Yaakov and they are very accommodating, as is Bnos based on what I have heard from friends. Here's a little info from the BY website, which may be helpful:

Our Learning Center has highly trained and effective Special Education teachers working collaboratively with our classroom teachers to ensure that every student is given the opportunity to thrive in the classroom.

Miss Penina Goldstein, our coordinator of Special Education, organizes and directs all of these services together with the curriculum coordinators and teachers to ensure each child receives the needed interventions.

We are fortunate to have on staff two outstanding Guidance Counselors, Mrs. Libby Kraft, MS, and Mrs. Rachell Tajerstein, MSW who teach social skills training classes at each grade level and provide both individual and group support for our students.

We partner with the state and local education systems to identify students with specific needs, and assess and develop plans to meet the child’s individual needs. We run numerous TITLE I sessions for our younger students and have on-site reading and learning specialists to support our students’ growth and development.

We also work with numerous local vendors who provide in-school therapy sessions in the areas of Speech and Language, Occupational and Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy, in addition to Mental Health professional visits.

The real answer for you is that there are supports in the typical schools (BY and Bnos) that can help many kids with ADHD, but not all. It really depends on specifically what she needs help with, what grade she is currently in, etc.

But of the three schools that you mentioned, the only one that has a program that they would create specially for her is Sulam. It's a great program, but it has two things to take into consideration: the commute (an hour plus), and the fact that it is housed in an MO co-ed school and all Sulam kids are mainstreamed for at least some of the classes.

If you're interested in knowing more about Sulam and these two details are fine with you, let me know. I have experience with it.

There is no real specialized school in Baltimore Proper that would be a good fit for your daughter, though.
