They are probably and surely overall overwhelmed by all the phone calls the they have been getting. This isn’t like them and surely not the time to get mad at them for.
Please don’t cancel your ticket.

If she won't be using the ticket, she should definitely cancel ASAP so people that are trying to get tickets, should be able to get that ticket.

I don’t believe that they are giving refunds. I think you get a credit voucher for future use.
