I’m resting my feet which kill and dozing in and out. Waiting for DH to start bedikas chometz. But apparently my kids and DH said my house is too dirty and too messy to do a bedika yet so they are vacuuming etc, while I sit and fold laundry half asleep.
Seder food gets prepped tomorrow. I’m so behind on my cooking it’ll be a miracle if I have something to serve for Shulchan Aruch. Not kidding.

Kids showered and on the way to bed, my feet are up for the moment. I still have to cover the chametz in the cabinets and fridge. Also have to go to the store to buy rice and tovel some things I forgot to tovel last time. I haven't cooked a thing but I always make fresh, so I'm not that far behind bh.

Putting together the shul Bulletin with Pesach z'manim.
So far I've made chicken soup, gefilte fish, charoses, salt water, and baby potatoes for karpas. Kishke is in the oven and vegetables for roasted vegetables are marinating in olive oil and salt.
And I painted a first coat of white paint on several pieces of door casing, which is the sort of thing that happens when remodeling close to Pesach and the weather is good. Second coat tomorrow morning!

Nothing doing here. I feel so down about Pesach prep this year. I don't know what happened, never been this far behind. I still have to clean out the coat closet, baked just 1 cake. So sad....

Standing at my kitchen counter, waiting to take two briskets and two chickens out of the over. I really want to go to sleep and forget about them until morning. That would be bad, though.
All I have left tomorrow is soups and sides. And to boil the eggs and make the salt water. Now where did I put the recipe .....

Tomorrow I still have to
roast the zeroah,
grind the maror,
make the charoses,
boil potato,
make cole slaw,
cucumber salad,
Yabchick,
roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes
roasted veggies.

BH I did a lot today and dont feel behind much.
I baked some stuff over last week or so on pesach kitchen. Kashered regular kitchen Sunday (I do t like to use Pesach kitchen on yt but love to bake so use it just for some baking)
Worked full day yesterday and today but got a lot done when got home today.
Made:
Strawberry sorbet
Egg noodles
Blitz wrappers
Chocolate chip cookies
Sprinkle cookies
Charoses regular
Date charoses
Grates marror
2 roasts in oven overnight
Tomorrow I have a lot to do but I cook on yt so not worried.
Also need to finish all Seder stuff.

I always cook my meat overnight low and slow. I made a brisket which will be pulled brisket (I used rorie full n free silan pulled meat recipe) but any recipe can be used.
Other one was a flanken roast. I seared it. Sauteed onions, spiced with salt pepper garlic, poured some maple syrup and wine over it.
They are in oven at 250 till the morning.

Cut veggies for roasting tomorrow
