Getting ready for shabbos here so I bought some pizza and fries for tonight.
We thank Hashem every day and bH for shabbos when we’ll sit together and enjoy the food. Today is nothing special.

One of us is a foreigner who thinks it’s stupid and none of us like turkey. So normal Thursday night falafel night here. I do have lots of yummy food in my oven though since I had time to get a head start on my Shabbos cooking

I moved to Israel and married a non-american, so no reason to celebrate. My family still in America got together to celebrate, and I assume they're having turkey.

Same. But I wouldn't celebrate it anyway. Don't the UK have it as well on a different date?

UK don't celebrate Thanksgiving it's an exclusively american holiday.
In the UK Turkey is usually for Xmas dinner.
So I wouldn't do that either Wink

I made broiled turkey cutlets, mashed potatoes with gravy, asparagus, and cranberry relish for dinner.

Turkey, potatoes, and cranberries are all foods originating in the Americas.

We are having turkey for supper with Cranberry sauce, corn bread and pumpkin pie. No guests. I grew up with celebration with family. Don't make a big deal though.

We are having turkey hot dogs, and it's a complete coincidence! The grocery was out of empire chicken dogs, so we got turkey dogs. 😂

As my daughter got off the school bus yesterday she said we need turkey tomorrow for Thanksgiving because that’s what the bus driver said. We have fresh turkey breast sub sandwiches once a week anyways so I said sure. She didn’t touch it.
