A registered inactive member is someone on registered to join our forum but is not active. A registered member is someone who registered and filled out the questionnaire and was approved. At any time you may ask us to delete your account and all information we have about you.
2.2 All website visitors
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics, and third party advertisers that collect, monitor and analyze your activity. Each of these data points is not personally identifiable on its own.
2.3 Registered Inactive members
If you wish to join the forum and become a registered member, we ask you to fill out a registration form with information such as an anonymous username and your email address. We will then send the application questionnaire to your email. It is your choice whether or not to respond to the questions we ask. If you choose not to respond, we may not approve your application. It may happen that you will answer the questionnaire and we will choose not to approve your account. We will hold on to your data indefinitely and may contact you again using the email address you provided. At any time you may ask us to delete your account and all the information we have about you.
2.4 Registered Active members
If you choose to fill out the questionnaire and send it to us, and if we approve your account, then you will become a registered active member. We will hold on to the questionnaire information you provided to us indefinitely in a secure location where only authorized personnel can access it. Your privacy is guarded carefully.
The email address you provide us with is used to provide you with periodic updates on forum activities and automated notifications, such as email updates for new topics or posts or a new private message. You can adjust what types of communication you prefer to receive in your account settings.
We will hold on to your data indefinitely and may contact you again using the email address you provided. If your account receives a red flag from suspicious activity, we will contact you for more information in order for you to be able to continue using your account on Imamother. At any time you may ask us to delete your account and all the information we have about you, except for information we need to hold on to in order to run this site.
