Imamother is designed as a supportive social community for Orthodox Jewish women who are married, divorced, or widowed, and we encourage respectful and constructive interactions among our users.

By accessing or using the Website, you (the “User”) unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 4. Shared Accounts Prohibited

If you are found to have more than one account, unless you have obtained permission to do so, all accounts may be terminated.

7. No Sharing of Member-Only Information
Members are expected to respect the privacy of other users. Sharing member-only information or content outside of Imamother with non-members is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not disclose content from private groups to individuals who are not members of those groups. This includes, but is not limited to, topics, posts, private messages, and personal details shared by other members. Sharing such information through screenshots, copying and pasting, or any other unspecified method is not allowed.
8. Research and Studies
You agree not to conduct, facilitate, or permit any research, studies, or analysis on the members or users of the Website without prior written consent from Imamother. This includes any data collection, surveys, or investigations intended to gather information about users.
9. No Impersonation
You must not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with any person or entity. This includes using false information to gain access to restricted parts of the site.
10. AI Generated content
It is prohibited to post content using any automated means. This includes AI generated content. Users must post all content personally and manually through all steps of the posting process.
11. Cooperation with Administrators
You agree to cooperate fully with site administrators and moderators when issues arise. This includes promptly responding to requests for information, participating in investigations regarding breaches of the site’s policies, and complying with any instructions from the administrative team.
12. User-Generated Content
If you post any content, such as comments, images, or other material (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Imamother a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute such User Content on the Website. Imamother uses affiliate links to earn commission. Posting any affiliate link which provides a commission to any external party outside Imamother is prohibited. Users are not permitted to post, share, or promote any external affiliate links or marketing schemes in posts or private messages.
