Three have lunch in school, and don’t come home until about 2:00. After that, they have snacks, my husband makes kugel, sometimes they will have pasta....

Cholent!!
I put up the crock pot early morning and make a huge cholent. My children love it and look forward to it every Friday and it fills them up for 3 hours about.

My kids are small and just eat snacks - pretzels, peanut butter, granola bars, yogurt
When I was little, we had shabbos food - cholent (friday cholent is so yummy!), schnitzel, kugel, and soup (not all at the same time).

Me too.
Before that we’d do hotdogs.

First thing on Friday I make a big pot of pasta. Then as everyone comes in I'll add sauce and cheese to taste and put in the microwave.
Smaller children get Shabbos food before candle lighting. Older ones might have a yogurt or something late afternoon to keep them going until supper. Otherwise they can always take fruit.

Baked potatoes and cheese (on paper plates) so no dishes involved.
Later, about 5.or 5.30 they have chicken soup and lockshon if they want.
In winter they sometimes have pot noodles after school.

When they come home, they eat lunch: bread, hardboiled eggs or canned fish (sardines, salmon), and cut up vegetables or self-serve vegetables (grape tomatoes, baby carrots) according to how much time I had to prepare and the ages of the kids.
Later we have kugel and ferfel, and sometimes - if I made for Shabbos - chickpeas or apple cobbler. We have some serious fleishigs-phobes, so even though I'd love to serve chulent too, I rarely have eaters.

They eat pizza in school Friday. Later in the day I cut up fresh schnitzel (baked) and fresh vegetables which they eat while watching (once-a-week-pre-shabbos) videos
