In otherwards teachers can’t leave before 12

I've had this experience too. Some parents refuse to listen and just ignore you. Most did pick up on time and apologized if they came late. But then there was the parent who said that she has to be home for a bus the same time as pickup. or that her cleaning lady leaves that time etc. So I told her that she can pick up BEFORE that bus. But she simply had the attitude that she's paying me so she can squeeze out more for her money. I nicely told her that if she can't stick to the time than she should please look for a place with more hours since I can not accommodate her. She still didn't change and always came late. I told her that she has to take out for the following month. The other parents who used to come late took my warning seriously and started coming on time. that one parent went around badmouthing me..
