I'm so happy with this thread
stunning pictures. Who can post some of 'normal israeli life' I miss it!!
I love photography. I can look for hours at the pictures on photoforums.
I have a panasonic tz1 (great camera btw, long zoom, compact, good video too) but have been saving up for ages for a 'real' DSLR and now I cant decide...nikon D40 or Olympus E510. I like the feel, look of the oly and the idea that its much more camera and the colors, but the nikon seems more foolproof and easier to use with better results esp in pow light/ high iso and no need to PP
any advise?
No bigger problems
I'll try to load some pics later.

The first time I made Challos
that wasn't actually taken with a digital but with my advanced camera, and this picture is about 8 years ago.

Kmelion, once again, I have no words. How do you identify the planets? I get excited if I see the moon through the pollution.
Purple, I absolutely adore this one!

Gigi, both the butterfly and the dog are awesome shots. Is it your dog? And how did the butterfly let you get this close? Unless it was super-zoom?
Miriam Nechama, so funny, you look just the way I imagined you.
Amother... how original! It's surely frameworthy.

it's hard to see, and I don't remember, but it looks like little individual butters, or margarines, like they give on the planes.

You can turn the filter off to see.
Or you can allow photobucket to be seen with your filter.
Do you see any indication that there is a pic there? Like a red x, or the words "user posted image?"
Then you can right click that spot and see what your options are. Maybe you'll have the option to "view image" or to unblock it.
