But it might be a legal problem for Yael if she didn't write in the original rules a clause that if the prize isn't claimed after x amount of time, she can redraw. What if the winner turns up in 6 months time after reading her emails, and demands a sheitel?
I suggest, at least in the future, to include such a clause in the original rules.

since the first winner didnt respond, after 2 weeks, she lost her chance, and I chose a new winner randomly.
