I'm making dairy every meal cuz I love dairy and now I have an excuse to make it all the time!
1st night:
french onion soup
basil/garlic salmon (delish recipe!)
fettucini alfredo
potato berekas
moroccan cigars
potato pastilles
caesar salad

1st day:
going away for the meal but bringing penne a la vodka (also an awesome recipe)

2nd night:
pureed vegetable soup
homemade falafel
pesto pasta

2nd day:
lasagna
salad (my guest is bringing. don't know what kind)

not sure what else yet for the 2nd day. I have a guest coming for shavuos who hates fish so I'm only making it the first night. DH won't eat quiche. and DS is allergic to nuts and peanuts. any ideas?
also not sure yet about desserts. I'll probably just buy a cheesecake. I'm not so into baking. love cooking. not baking.

I'm with you! I love dairy too. Can you post salmon garlic basil, pesto pasta and fettucine alfredo? TIA!
