I like our Peg Perego Duette.... It steers very well and has big wheels and is comfortable for the kids and has a big basket underneath. The seats snap out, so you can position them facing you, or facing out, or facing eachother or you can snap a Perego carseat or basinette into the stroller. It's good for me because we never take it in the car (it's bulky and heavy) and because I needed a front-to-back double, not a side-to-side double, since we have narrow sidewalks here. Also, I bought it used. It's pricey and if I had to buy it new, then I would have thought twice about it.

I love my mountain buggy. Easy to wheel, fold, and not so big and klutzy.

I have a double Combi and yes it is very light weight but the baskets are tiny and I don't find it pushes like a dream. I would prefer bigger wheels especially with the hills around here.

Which version do you have? I am looking into the valco for myself. The 2010 model is lighter and narrower than previous ones. Do you have a new one or older?
