There is an option to have it sent as a gift, but not sure if it would work to download that way or not in E"Y.
The best option is for the person to download it and save it as an MP3 on his/her computer, and then attach the mp3 to the email. I've done it myself to transfer between work and home computers (before Amazon Cloud).
