I agree with rubberducky. It's a BIG problem to use the oven on Shabbos. The only time it happens to me is when Shabbos comes after Yomtov, and the oven is already on (when I'm permitted to cook). I heat the food up--TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN BEFORE SHABBOS--AND WRAP IN BLANKETS. works great every time.
