Holy as in kadosh has nothing to do with whether someone is "kadosh to me" or not and in Torah terms that makes no sense.

Is the Satmar Rebbe ZT"L ,R' Yoel, holy to you? Is the Lubavitcher Rebbe ZT"L, holy to Satmar Chassidim?

Again, in the Jewish religion there is nothing about someone being "holy to you." A person is either holy or not and people might recognize holiness in others or not.
