If you are not at work (around a lot of people) then you can do "get ups" which is simply, get up out of the chair, 12 times in a row. Get up, sit down. As you get more in shape, you barely sit down, just touch your bum to the chair and get back up.

Pay attention to your posture- sitting up straight ( which is really uncomfortable at first, but you can train yourself to do it) is healthy for you. It helps keep your spine aligned properly and involves your core.
When you get used to it, you'll see that you carry yourself more elegantly.

I know there are some chair exercises but I've never done those. I'd just make sure to get up every 40 minutes or so and move around or two minutes.

I wouldn't go crazy trying to maximize every minute of the day- that's how ppl burn out. Get yourself through the day by continuing to make food choices that work for you, not harm you. Buy yourself a pretty flower- you deserve to have something beautiful Smile .

8 o'clock? Wow! I'm just glugging down my coffee in between shipping kids out at 8.

So go do your day, eat foods that Orkney for you, and pat yourself on the back Smile .
