I love bamya!! its really good, and I think it depends what you cook it with, I make it with meat in tomato sauce and I use baby bamya, I find them to be better as they are not as slimy as you say mishie. I usually get them frozen much better.

Aside from the non-kosher stuff, most of what everyone is naming I have tried and liked!!!! Come to think of it, I really don't have too many food dislikes or loves (I do like sushi quite a lot though, sorry Chani, but I don't get it too often and won't serve it to you if you do come!)

I like trying new things....guess I'm too much of a child and always like something different.

haggis although I don't think that can even be made kosher can it?
ptcha (who eats that stuff? obviously somebody!)
broiled liver and eggs (my stepmother made it for my dad and blech!)
tongue (t's the visuals I've heard it's good)
caviar
fish jelly. ugh!!! esp, from jarred gefilte fish.

gefilte fish juice ...
tongue & pacha are on most peoples lists ... but I too like the threat southernbubby

don't like when peoples put oodles of mayo in anything I gag just looking ...

I dont think this is a nice thread.
You shouldn't be talking about foods that you dont like. Everything was created by hashem.

amother: you have to be anonymous to say that? Please stop the holier than thou stuff. Yes the recipe for pcha and the ingredients for it were all created by Hashem. So does that mean you also like it when ants invade your kitchen? they were invaded by Hashem? What about mice? Also created by Hashem. Influenza. Created by Hashem! In fact, wow everything is being created by Hashem at every moment.

Time for me to go and do some more appreciating the hidden goodness inside everything and everybody.
